Many of the regulars walk away dismayed as they just missed the last order of the weekend, as Chinese  New Year comes, this owner chooses to be with his family and can afford to lose a couple days of business. This no frills takeout illustrates to sentiments of the family, as there are no superfluous elements, the business operates as a business, and when its time for a vacation, then close up shop. The loyal customers will just have to wait.
