A 17 year old girl commands the kitchen like a seasoned  chef, quickly shouting orders in Chinese and respectfully  engaging with customers twice her age. Only 5 years ago, she was watching TV in the playroom, which now has been converted back into a storage room, as she and her brother mature into their roles as independent, capable, members of the family business.
