As the dinner crowd approaches, the owners take this chance to enjoy the golden sun, brining warmth into the plaza, which has become its own enclosed community. Employees  converse  during their smoke break outside , spilling out into the sidewalk. The distinction between restaurants is temporarily  gone, as members of this Chinese enclave of sorts laugh and relax before they have to tirelessly work into the night.
